You will demonstrate you have worked in fast-paced changing organisations where quickly gaining trust from senior stakeholders is a pre-requisite for success.

In addition, and as the successful candidate will effectively be the right-hand person of the CPO you will have the opportunity to play a broader role in the continued growth and development of this vibrant people centred business .

So, what will the organisation offer in return?

This is going to be a high-profile, challenging yet ultimately satisfying assignment. You'll be working with a well-regarded UK brand with a quality senior leadership team who are clear about their strategy and who are being led by an inspiring and industry respected CEO.
