Your new role
A generalist role covering various HR practices, including recruitment, performance management, training & development and employee relations, organisation development and compensation. You will be advising line managers on HR policies and procedures from a compliance and efficiency perspective; ensuring each business function is operating in a manner to maximise productivity whilst remaining aligned with legislation. This role will also involve handling employee relation cases therefore a sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations is required.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have a generalist background and expertise in core competencies especially strong Employee Relations experience. Ability to work well in a group function. You should have experience of effectively advising and coaching line managers on HR practice and processes, in addition to excellent communication and inter-personal skills. You should also have strong capabilities in Microsoft; particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Global Matrix experience within an Oil & Gas Company or similar is preferable.
