Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading FTSE 100 organisation in Central London who are looking for a Reward Analyst to join their highly successful Reward team.
Reporting into the reward manager you will have a number of responsibilities including:
Assisting the Reward Manager with annual compensation Cycle including salary and bonus reviews
Leading on job analysis, evaluations and benchmarking
Supporting on projects including reward frameworks and re-evaluating incentives
Assisting with the implementation of compensation modules for the new system
We are looking for someone who has good experience working in a reward setting and is confident working in a fast paced complex origination. You must be flexible and comfortable dealing with manging an ever changing workload.
