HR Advisor

Your new role

You will be required to come in and assist the business whilst the business goes through a period of change.
The key requirement for this role will see you looking after the ER process for approximately 350 employees.
Your duties will include:

  • Dealing with all of the ER casework including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence etc.
  • Support the wider HR team where required.
  • Dealing with any Ad Hoc project work when needed.
This list consists of the core responsibilities of the role however it is not extensive and other duties may be required within the position.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have excellent, up to date knowledge of Employee Relations and employment law.
Experience providing Advice to managers and stakeholders on processes and procedures.
Experience dealing with high level and complex casework.
Experience with HR Systems and data management would be beneficial.

This role is offered on a 3 Month basis and paying a generous salary of up to £29,000. The business is also going to be recruiting for this role on a permanent basis and so the opportunity of the role going permanent is high.
