I am working with a reputable financial regulatory body based in the City of London who are currently going through a lot of growth in the organisation and they are looking for a Resourcing Adviser to join them as soon as possible on a permanent basis.
Working in a busy HR team you will manage and deliver resourcing solutions across the FRC. This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to help shape their talent management and resource strategy and be a subject matter expert for their stakeholders. You will have experience in developing sourcing strategies such as using LinkedIn.
You will be the primary point of contact for recruitment for the HR Team and the wider organisation. The role includes but is not limited to:
Working with senior managers and HR Business Partner to understand key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies meet both current and future organisational needs
Devise and implement recruitment campaigns
Act as the recruitment expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions
Oversee the effective management of interviews, assessments and selection tools
Manage secondments (internal and external)
Build effective relationships with managers, hiring managers and stakeholders
They are looking for someone who has end to end recruitment exposure, someone who is competent and confident, able to work in a growing and fast paced environment and has a broad knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR best practise in relation to resourcing and recruitment.
