Oakleaf partnership are working with a prestigious teach company who are looking for you to manage and support events. Based in their London office the role will involve between 30% and 50 % travel. You will be part of a small team part of that helps drives their employment brand and engagement through events. The position is on Temporary basis but may lead to a permanent position.
Support event logistics + execution for recruiting events and branding activities in the Europe/Middle East/Africa region; including contracts, swag, hotel blocks, venue selection, invitation process, etc.
Conduct team communications and briefings, and support the post-event and post-brand campaign reporting and analysis
Assist with managing relationships with key partners, including agencies and industry organizations, that ensure the success of recruiting events
Partner closely with Facebook teams and around the world to manage consistent event and branding processes
Ability to take direction and input to develop effective event strategies that are engaging, innovative and will achieve the organizational + brand goals
Work closely with business partners to consistently refine processes and assess opportunities for improvement
Point of contact for general event operations and program inquiries from recruiters and hiring managers
To be considered for this role you will Need
1-3 years' experience working in event coordination/operations/support/administration
Analytical and data-driven approach to solving problems
Comfortable working autonomously and through ambiguity
Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple projects.
Self-directed and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer satisfaction focus, interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with interdepartmental teams
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, Outlook, Event Registration Tools
Ability to travel 30-50% is required, as well as ability to work outside of standard working hours.
