Event Coordinator and Brand Associate

Oakleaf partnership are working with a prestigious teach company who are looking for you to manage and support events. Based in their London office the role will involve between 30% and 50 % travel. You will be part of a small team part of that helps drives their employment brand and engagement through events. The position is on Temporary basis but may lead to a permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • Support event logistics + execution for recruiting events and branding activities in the Europe/Middle East/Africa region; including contracts, swag, hotel blocks, venue selection, invitation process, etc.

  • Conduct team communications and briefings, and support the post-event and post-brand campaign reporting and analysis

  • Assist with managing relationships with key partners, including agencies and industry organizations, that ensure the success of recruiting events

  • Partner closely with Facebook teams and around the world to manage consistent event and branding processes

  • Ability to take direction and input to develop effective event strategies that are engaging, innovative and will achieve the organizational + brand goals

  • Work closely with business partners to consistently refine processes and assess opportunities for improvement

  • Point of contact for general event operations and program inquiries from recruiters and hiring managers

To be considered for this role you will Need

  • 1-3 years' experience working in event coordination/operations/support/administration

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to solving problems

  • Comfortable working autonomously and through ambiguity

  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple projects.

  • Self-directed and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer satisfaction focus, interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with interdepartmental teams

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, Outlook, Event Registration Tools

  • Ability to travel 30-50% is required, as well as ability to work outside of standard working hours.
