HR Administrator - professional services

A Law firm based in London is looking for an HR Administrator to join their team. This HR Administrator will work with the busy HR team to provide comprehensive, flexible and pro-active administrative support to the HR team.

As an HR Administrator, the main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the HR team with employee life cycle administration
  • Supporting the Firm's inductions for new joiners
  • Updating the HR team's management report for distribution to the Managing Partner
  • Assisting with the administrative duties of the Firm's annual salary review and bonus processes
  • Undertake administrative tasks to assist the HR team as required
  • Oversee the HR team's e-filing projec

This person will:

  • Have excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Have experience of working in a busy, deadline driven environment
  • Have a proactive approach to managing flow of work
  • Have the ability to work in a proactive and collaborative manner
  • Be able to adopt a firmwide approach, working collaboratively with others across the firm
  • Have a 'can do' attitude
