A fantastic opportunity has arisen, suitable for an experienced administrator to hit the ground running, supporting a high volume of HR administration and Recruitment needs.
This position is to start ASAP, based in Brentwood, Essex, initially on a 4 month FTC basis.
The HR Administrator must have the ability to:
Create employee contracts and any employee life-cycle administration as needed
Administer DBS checks for new starters
Complete right to work documents and ensure new starters are compliant
Liaise with stakeholders, updating them on the recruitment process
Create and upload adverts
Schedule meetings and interviews regionally
Note taking in interviews as and when needed
General team administration
Required skills and experience:
Exceptional interpersonal skills including; communication skills, phone manner, rapport building skills, customer service, time maintenance/organisational skills & people skills
Strong attention to detail
- Experience within a HR/ Recruitment Administrator position
Good knowledge of excel
Flexibility to suit the needs of the business.
