A fantastic 6 months Vendor Manager opportunity is available within a globally established Investment Bank firm in Surrey.

The role requires the successful candidate to work closely with executives & have extensive experience with prior vendor management. The Vendor Manager's key responsibility is to organise and execute the Global Vending Management Programme.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively manage Vendors through associated risks and the Vendor Management Program

- Aid the Enterprise Vendor Manager

- Be the main point of contact for the vendor & end user

- Analysing potential risks & proactively inputting measures to control the risks

- Ensure that the vendor satisfaction is in line with the business & constantly re-evaluate their needs

- Organising a team to establish contractual terms

Requirements:

- Project management experience

- Exposure to vendors in previous roles

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR information technology role

- Knowledge of Ariba

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Data focused with strong problem-solving capabilities
