Head of HR
Oakleaf Partnership have a superb opportunity for a Head of HR / Senior HR Manager to work for this prestigious financial services business.
This role will report into the COO, with your key responsibilities including:
Driving the development of the HR function and mananging end to end HR processes.
Leading on ER - running disciplinaries, grievances and complex cases.
Owning HR policy and any amendments to.
Implementing and improving existing processes and procedures.
Support business leaders in defining, developing and executing people plans that support the achievement of the business strategy.
Overseeing HR Operations.
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR role in an investment management, niche small banking or tech environment. You will also ideally have had experience with international client groups.
