Reward Analyst

My client is a leading global specialist insurance group based in the City. They are seeking an Reward Analyst for a 12 month FTC to support the HR team in a data analysis and reporting role. Key focus for this Reward Analyst role will be to advise the HR Business partners and Line Managers on all aspects of HR and Reward data and to play a supportive role in the analysis of the remuneration cycle.

Key responsibilities for this Reward Analyst role will include:

  • Supporting the Compensation and Benefits team in preparation of Remco papers

  • Complete all analysis underpinning the annual salary and bonus remuneration cycle including data management, projected bonus spend and salary budget modelling

  • Substantial contribution to the remuneration review, supporting the Comp & Bens Manager

  • Analysis and reporting support of ad hoc Reward and HR projects

  • Managing forecast reports of budgets for the finance team

  • Creating salary structures

  • Be first point of contact for all Compensation advice for HR Business Partners and Line Managers

  • Responsible for analysis and submission of benchmarking surveys

  • Ad hoc Reward project work

The ideal candidate for this Reward Analyst role will have significant benchmarking and analytical capability with experience supporting annual remuneration reviews, preferably in a large organisation. You must have systems and reporting knowledge and be a highly analytical and results focused individual with exceptional attention to detail.
