Our client top tier legal firm located in London are on the search for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their experienced hires team on a permanent basis starting ASAP.
Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Recruitment this role works closely with senior stakeholders across the firm on all aspects of experienced hire recruitment. The main focus on the role will be to develop the experienced hire recruitment marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on our D&I recruitment strategy and direct sourcing. You will led the team who are responsible for c. 85 perm hires at any one time up to partner level. And get involved in EVP, Reporting / IM, compliance and L&D.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have previous Experienced Hire Recruitment expertise at a managerial level, ideally within a professional services firm. You will be a proven operational team manager and have led team of c. 4 Experienced Hire Recruiters.
Demonstrable experience in implementing a successful D&I strategy for large matrix environment will be a must. Along with excellent communications skills (written and verbal), the ability to work with senior stakeholders, and external suppliers, budget management experience and a strong understanding of employment and immigration law.
You will be confident and articulate, have the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines. Be personally credible, with the ability to gain trust of stakeholders quickly. Along with the above you will be a team player and leader with the resilience to manage difficult situations as and when they arise.
