Recruitment Assistant – 9 Month FTC
You’ll work closely with the team based in London, to include a Recruitment Advisor, Senior Recruitment Advisor and Recruitment Administrator to ensure a commercially focused, high level of service is provided to the firm across partner, fee earner and business services recruitment across the London and international offices.
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Recruitment Assistant to work in one of the HR department’s centres of excellence within a leading international law firm working with a collaborative and friendly team. You will be involved in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and promoting roles, liaising with hiring partners and managers to arrange interviews, issuing offer paperwork to successful candidates.
Who we’re looking for
Experience working in a high volume administrative role within an office environment, ideally professional services, or other organisation.
Previous recruitment experience either in-house or agency is desirable.
Knowledge of systems, e.g. recruitment databases, Excel, Outlook (specifically calendar management).
A professional and client focused-approach when responding to queries and developing relationships with stakeholders within the business and externally, including hiring managers, HR colleagues, candidates and all third party suppliers.
An excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver a high quality of work is essential.
