The Reward team is a cross functional team who work with all areas of the wider HR team. The Reward Manager heads up the team and is supported by two Reward & Benefit Advisors and an HR/MI analyst. Between them all, there is global exposure to reward related activities and the opportunity to deal with many different people.
This role provides the opportunity to primarily support the Reward & Benefit advisors, with additional support to the Reward Manager and the HR/MI Analyst. There is a breadth of exposure in this role, from UK to International and across reward, benefits and system practices.
Who we’re looking for
This role would suit a person has a particular interest in systems and benefits within the wider scope of HR. We are looking for someone with a natural flair for understanding how things work and how things interlink with each other. Processes are an important part of reward and we would like the right candidate who can understand the cause and effect of key actions, taking the appropriate steps to guide a task to its completion.
Previous experience in HR is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
