HRIS Specialist - 18 month FTC

An opportunity for a HRIS superuser

Responsible for maintenance, system usage and main point of contact for the business for the HRIS system

Client Details

A well established business based in Selby.


Reporting into the Head of Reward working as part of a team you will be responsible for:

First point of contact for all HRIS (Cascade) related queries across the business

Liaising with key stakeholders internally and externally

Responsible for the maintenance and trouble shooting any potential issues with the HRIS

Working with the Reward Analyst to utilise the reporting function of the HRIS

Managing and process improvement for usage of HRIS

Manage the self service function for HRIS


Have extensive HRIS knowledge and have previous worked in a similar role

Have excellent HRIS system knowledge ideally Cascade or similar

Have intermediate Exec ability including V look up, Pivot Tables, Dash Boards

Full understanding of database compliance, risk, controls

Excellent problem solving skills

Job Offer

  • Salary £35,000 - £40,000k per annum
  • Company bonus scheme (length of service permitting)
  • 18 month FTC
