Learning and Development, Operations Lead - 12 month fixed term contract

We’re looking for someone with experience and a passion for learning, development and training to join us in this learning operations role on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will manage and develop an ongoing programme of centralised learning and training events including online, classroom and external training supporting our colleagues to shape their careers.

We’re not necessarily looking for a trainer; although some delivery may be required. You will oversee the learning and development budget, providing budget and spend analysis and insight to inform future spending decisions.

You’ll be the kind of person who always pays attention to the details (we know they matter!) who can work seamlessly with other HR, Talent, and L&D colleagues to deliver a brilliant service to everyone at Bruntwood.

If you have system experience that would be great, In this role you will champion our learning technology and play an important part in the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS). Post implementation, you will be responsible for creating meaningful learning reports and providing insight and reporting into all learning activity across the business.
