HR Manager - Shared Service

A full time permanent role for a HR Manager to support the shared service function. If you have experience supporting a customer contact centre then this would be ideal. The HR Manager would support around 600 employees on all operational and strategic activity. This role would manage a team of three people covering all generalist acitivity such as L&D, Engagement and Resourcing.

The HR Manager will need to build strong relationships at all levels and work with the departments in Leeds. You will be managing a customer contact division so prior experience in this would be beneficial for this role.

Your responsibilites:

  • Propose and implement solutions to meet resourcing requirements across the site

  • Accountable for the high volume in house recruitment for the contact centre ensuring recruitment numbers are met, specifically in the lead up to peak

  • Coach & manage the team in providing advice and guidance to Shared Services managers and employees around ER issues, in line with the relevant policies and legislation

  • Understand the ongoing needs of the various shared services functions, ensuring L&D plans support the development and direction of the business

The ideal candidate for this HR Manager opportunity will have proven generalist experience in either contact customer centres or a retail business and have exceptional experience across ER, Reward and Learning.
