L&D Manager

A reputable social healthcare organisation is seeking an interim L&D professional work alongside the HRD in creating a strategy for their UK business.

  • Working with the HRD to create and implement the national learning and development strategy
  • Centralise and restructure the L&D function for the organisation
  • Implement processes to measure efficiency and effectiveness of training (within a regulated industry)
  • Develop the LMS

This is an interim position for 4-6 months to commence ASAP. To be considered for this position you will be required to have the following:

  • Experience of setting, monitoring and maintaining standards of learning/ training in a regulated industry
  • Change management project delivery within L&D
  • Strong technical understanding- previously delivered LMS project
  • Understanding of apprenticeship levy will be highly regarded
