Interim Head of Payroll & Pensions

Interim Payroll & Pensions Manager - £350-450 per day - 3 Month FTC - Great Portland St

My client is a major player in the education sector.

Due to an internal promotion, they are currently in pursuit of an Interim Head of Payroll & Pensions to oversee their payroll function until December.

To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must -

  • Have recent experience of using SAP payroll system

  • Be proficient in reviewing current payroll processes, procedures and team capabilities

  • Ability to implement and deliver change

  • Have solid understanding of pension statutory and reporting requirements, ideally from within the public sector (but not essential)

  • Have experience in processing large numbers of 'ad-hoc' payments
