As L&D Partner you will work with key stakeholders to understand the L&D requirements, developing and delivering a range of key L&D interventions specifically focused on enhancing customer experience.

Significant L&D knowledge and experience from analysis through to evaluation is required for this role. A strong understanding of relevant learning theories and models coupled with a knowledge of how to apply these is essential. It is desirable that this experience is from a transport/rail environment but not essential.
Significant experience in designing and delivering truly customer focused L&D programmes (essential)
Significant experience in designing and delivering corporate induction programmes (essential)
A good understanding of the Apprenticeship levy and experience in utilising/maximising the levy for a multitude of Apprenticeship standards is essential.
Experience in implementing graduate and trainee-ship programmes (desirable)
Experience in utilising digital and blended learning solutions to maximise learning opportunities as appropriate (essential)
Experience in designing digital solutions such as e-learning, instructional videos, simulators (desirable) or the willingness to undertake training to gain this skill set
Experience in managing and/or administrating an LMS (essential)
Experience in implementing competency frameworks (desirable)
Experience in the design and delivery of Train the Trainer packages (desirable)
Experience in the development and implementation of streamlined L&D processes (desirable)
CIPD level 5 or above is desirable
Excellent L&D programme design and delivery skills
(specifically, customer focused) - essential
Strong L&D project management skills with a demonstrable track record of successful delivery - essential
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - essential
Excellent time management skills and the ability to deliver against tight deadlines - essential
Ability to 'think outside of the box' when designing learning solutions - essential
Able to work with a range of stakeholders and flex approach appropriately (from operational to board level)
Able to schedule and administrate own delivery against set timescales
Strong IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, LMS systems and preferably able to utilise learning design software
6-months FTC with potential to become permanent.
Basic salary 35,000 - 40,000 pa
