Interim HR Business Partner - 3 months

My client seeks an immediately available Regional HR Business Partner to cover a 3 month period to manage projects and additional work load.

My client is a leading publically listed distribution business that is synonymous with its sector. This business is known for being a fast-paced, dynamic and commercial organization.

This HR Business Partner, reporting into the HR Director, (within your business area) will be a strategically aligned HR professional who leads on delivering the overarching organizational people strategy with a value-add and commercially astute service. You will be the key interface with key internal stakeholders and recognised Trade Union representatives.

You will formulate and lead a transformation programme that consists of structural and cultural change. You will have a focus on managing the ER, IR, Talent, Engagement and D&I agenda.

You will also be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE TO INTERVIEW AND START.

As a regional HR Business Partner, you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.

Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus the business, you will be a natural business advisor to the leadership team. As an HR leader, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within the HR team, and within the wider business.

You will be equipped with an astute toolkit which will enable you to manage projects within a senior generalist role; ER, IR, Talent, Engagement, D&I etc.

You must have experience within a fast-paced, dynamic and unionised environment, which you have taken through a transformative journey.

You will ideally be Chartered CIPD membership (MCIPD) or at least Associate CIPD Level 7 to be considered for this role.

Job Offer

£45,000 to £50,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
