The HR Partner will design, develop and implement directly and through others, people related strategies across the organisation. You will provide HR knowledge and advice to support senior leadership teams for the achievement of business objectives, improving service delivery and performance. You will provide professional HR advice across the full range of HR activity. You will be responsible to the delivery of a number of key HR initiatives, including changes to pay and reward. As such strong ER and Union negotiation experience is essential.
CIPD Qualified with significant experience / solid generalist HR skills in a senior HR position in a large, multi-disciplined organisation - supporting, engaging and motivating senior leader and delivering organisational change. A demonstrable track record, developing HR initiatives that deliver business outcomes and develop organisational capacity. Excellent HR projects experience is a must along with robust ER / IR knowledge and management experience.
