Oakleaf Partnership are representing a leading property business based in north London, recruiting for a Reward Manager to join the team.
The business is embarking on a large scale transformation programme, and as such, our client is reviewing their existing reward strategy to ensure they are truly offering a market leading reward agenda reflective of the business.
As Reward Manager, you will be required to benchmark the market positioning of our client, run salary and bonus review whilst developing their existing benefits offering. You will be working closely with the HRD to ensure the reward strategy is aligned to the people agenda. You will be the internal reward expert, in a business critical role for the effective delivery of the reward strategy. You will be responsible for managing the grading frameworks and the Hay job evaluation process (Previous Hay experience is desirable), whilst supporting the ongoing professional development of a reward advisor.
