Your new role
Your new role will be supporting the management team delivering a generalist HR service. The role will involve ensuring compliance within Employment law and company policies. Your role will also include employee guidance and to work effectively as a HR generalist within the small HR team. You will get involved with recruitment, absence management, performance reviews, discipline & grievance, employee relations, compliance and HR administrative work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies and procedures. You will also need strong communication skills and will enjoy working in a fast paced environment. This role would suit a graduate with 1-2 years practical HR experience. If you are enthusiastic and looking to expand your exposure in HR this could be the perfect job for you.
