Your new role
Your new role will be to effectively facilitate your organisations recruitment, screening and on-boarding processes, ensuring the delivery of an efficient service that meets the business's needs. You will work closely with business managers, independently driving the planning and delivery of recruitment, actively taking roles out to the market using a variety of methods to ensure you access the very best talent. You will manage multiple vacancies across a number of sites at once, help to manage the businesses agency supplier relationship, oversee applications, manage the candidate process, help conduct interviews and help to collate and analyse recruitment MI.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have demonstrable end to end recruitment experience, be highly organised and be available soon for an initial 6 month FTC
What you'll get in return
£25000 - £27000, 37.5 hours, flexible working plus great benefits
