Reward Advisor

Reward Advisor - Stevenage (12 month ftc) £40-45,000

Excellent opportunity for a Reward Advisor to join this well known, commercial organisation based in Stevenage for a 12 month ftc. Reporting into the Reward Manager you will be involved in the following:-

-Ensuring alignment between Reward activities and the company strategy, people strategy, best practice and employment legislation
- Delivering Reward activities across the business i.e. pay reviews, bonus payments and employee benefits
- Providing Client facing HR support to customer base including delivery of reward calendar activities
- Project lead on a variety of reward and benefit topics from salary survey submissions to introduction of new benefits
- Managing monthly and cyclical reward activities i.e. graduate pay reviews, payroll reconciliation

You will need the following experience:-

- Reward experience
- A forward thinking results focused approach is essential
- Ability to analyse information, present summarised findings and proposed solutions if required
- Logical and pragmatic approach to resolving complex issues
- Planning and project management skills
- Competent in holding difficult conversations and providing advice
