Our Engineering company are recruiting for a permanent HR administrator role, reporting to the HR operations manager to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team and department. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator or HR administrator who is keen to continue their career as an adminsitrator.
Your new role
As part of your new role you will ensure timely and accurate data entry into the HRIS, process health questionnaires/medical checks, track probationary reviews, prepare retirement and prepare retirement and pre-retirement comms, maintain employee files, preparation for audits, create HR documents, letters and correspondence and any other ad hoc administration duties.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have experience within an HR, Admin or Accounts role. You must have strong communication skills, must be customer focused and centred around delivering work to a high quality.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £25,500 along with free travel tickets, excellent training and flexible working. You will be working £37.5 hours per week, 8.30-4.30 (ideal) but do allow start times between 7.30-8.30 and the opportunity to condense your contractual working hours into 9.5 days over a fortnight and finish at 12pm every Friday.
