A new London based role working for a market leader within the energy and natural resources industry as a Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner. The business own a number of leading names within their sector and have a robust growth plan through merger & acquisition and its people at the forefront. Working within their newly refurbished London HQ you will report into an inspirational HR Manager and HR Director in a truly business facing strategic role.
Your new role
As the London based HR Business Partner, you will have full responsibility for your client group within this highly successful business unit. You will support the ongoing M&A activity within the company, provide high quality advice to managers and employees in performance and appraisal processes as well as all ER cases in line with compliance, employment law and also business needs. You will be required to implement HR programmes and policies as necessary, support the board with compensation and benefits during salary reviews, oversee the monthly payroll conducted by the Payroll Advisor and assist with the recruitment of senior hires (interviewing, benchmarking), you will also work with the talent management team and other departments on a project basis.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have significant HR experience and proven working knowledge at an HR Advisor / HR Business Partner or HR Manager Level within a professional, corporate organisation. You will be a true generalist who partners with the business, coaches and advises managers with excellent stakeholder management experience, you will have led on projects and complex ER cases and have experience and exposure to salary structure and development and general compensation & benefits. You will have developed and implemented employment policies and procedures and have experience in all of the duties above. This position will suit someone who has worked in a fast paced ever changing environment in an SME or Matrix organisation.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £57,000 to £65,000 depending upon experience, an industry leading benefits package including gym membership, generous bonus and pension, London allowance and private healthcare.
