Your new role
This is a HR Business partner in the true sense; you'll pick up complex ER casework, manage restructures, TUPE processes, redundancies, strategic change and enjoy a variety of interesting project work.

This business uses innovative approaches to their people strategy and truly tackle their HR strategy as a team.

This is a business that is ever changing, evolving and growing and as such, a role in HR here is one where no two days are the same.... in a good way!

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have appropriate experience in working in a busy and varied HR environment. We are looking for experience in restructure and TUPE ideally along with a strong employee relations background. CIPD quals at level 5 and above are expected but relevant work experience may be considered appropriate as well.
