Oakleaf Partnership are currently working exclusively with a Financial Services organisation based in London with the appointment of a permanent reward professional to lead a small compensation & benefits team.
The main requirements of this position are to oversee, manage and advise on all aspects of compensation and benefits implementation across all business divisions and locations. This position is a crucial hire for the organisation as the individual will be seen as the context expert and thought leader for reward. Other responsibilities will include:
Running the annual budgeting and reward process
Reward systems development and maintenance
Provision of MI to Finance and Senior Management
RemCo support through production of meeting papers and analysis, plus attendance where required
Solid experience in a similar position ideally within financial services
Understanding of specialist reward plans including deferred compensation, investment related incentive plans, international benefits and commissions
Strong analytical skills and confident user of HR systems
Excellent project management and communication skills
As this position will require line management, the ideal candidate will have previous management experience or will be confident in their ability to step up and manage.
