AR Manager/Senior Credit Control Specialist
Ashley Kate are currently recruiting for an interim Accounts Receivable Manager to join a well-known business based in City of London.
This is a new and exciting opportunity suitable for an experienced Accounts Receivable or Senior Credit Control Specialist.
This role is a 3 month FTC due to business growth and has potential to be extended, day rate is between £150 - £200 per day. PAYE is preferred but we will look at self employed contractors as well.
Due to expansion plans the business requires a hands-on Accounts Receivable Manager who not only can manage the department but also help develop processes and new strategies. The successful individual will be supporting a small team of 3, working closely with the team to ensure weekly and monthly deadlines are met.
Main responsibilities to include, ensuring all UK and overseas invoices are allocated accurately and in a timely manner, liaise heavily with the wider business to ensure timely approval of receipts, oversee reconciliation of supplier statements, oversee investigation and resolution queries, review all accounts processes, develop and support entire accounts team, manage day-to-day activities and hold regular performance reviews.
Candidate requirements -
- Experience within a complex AR/AP function
- Strong collection/credit control knowledge and experience
- Ability to challenge the business and engage with key stakeholders
- Experience within EMEA and North America
- Pro active, able to hit the ground running and keen to make a difference in a short amount of time
- Additional language such as French/German/Spanish useful due to EMEA exposure
