Talent & Diversity Coordinator

My client, a leading financial services firm based in the city, currently have a Talent & Diversity Coordinator position available on a 3 month basis. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Senior Manager and wider Diversity and Inclusion Team across D&I activity.

Duties:

  • Pro-active diary and meeting management and support for the Senior Manager, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Coordination of the Group Diversity and Inclusion activity with colleagues from the Group Talent team, from across the Group and with relevant third party suppliers
  • Secretary to D&I team and other meetings inc. preparation of the agendas, materials, minutes and actions
  • Assist in the production of word documents and PowerPoint presentations incl. desk research
  • Draft responses to external invitations, opinions on and submissions to external initiatives
  • Organising D&I meetings and events
  • Act as the primary point of contact for several external D&I organisations and coordinate Prudential participation in their initiatives and events
  • Prepare, record, process and track contracts and invoices; assist in budget management and planning
  • Maintain and order stationary supplies and other office needs
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Self-starter, able to take initiative
  • Organised and thorough in approach with excellent attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Experience in diary management / arranging conference and webex calls, meetings and logistics
  • Strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile when needed
  • Enthusiasm to work in a busy, motivated team
