Your new role
You will be required to join the HR team to help them with a working hours and holiday project. The main focus of this role is to collate the data of hours worked and holidays taken of the staff across the manufacturing side of the business. You will be required to extract and itemise the data and produce the reports for the HR team to check.
You will use excel and the businesses systems to extract and cross reference the data and produce it in a way that will be easy to check, read and reference.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in team in an administration role.
Excellent knowledge of excel
Extremely organised and have a high attention to detail.
You must be data savvy and have experience extract and cross referencing data.
This list is not extensive and other duties may be required.
You must be immediately available to start.
This role is offered for a period of 1 month however it may be extended due to the work load. This role will suit anyone who is a strong administrator with a focus on the data side of HR. The role is paying a generous salary of up to £21,000 (negotiable) which will be paid weekly.
