Interim HR Business Partner - London - Financial Services - 3 Months - £300 - £350 per day - Immediate Start

Your new role
You will be responsible for a headcount of up to 80 staff in addition to supporting a potential 50 contractors on all aspects of the employee relations life-cycle including, ER, recruitment, on-boarding and performance. You will be supporting various functions within the business aligned with company aims. You will also be responsible for Payroll, Benefits, HR Metrics, HR Returns and HR Policies.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an experienced HR business partner/ senior HR professional, with a sound knowledge and understanding of HR policies and UK employment laws and legislation.. You will need excellent communication and written abilities. You will also need to have good analytical skills, ideally with an understanding of Oracle or MS Office.
