Our client base in Coventry are looking for a HR Assistant to join their team. As a HR Assistant you will have the responsibility of delivering a consistently high-quality HR Administration support service to the organisation. You will also have receptionist duties. You will report into the HR Manager and working closely with the HR Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide administration support across all HR processes
  • Receptionist responsibilities
  • Ensure the completing of Health and Safety questionnaires
  • Assist with ad hoc activities including, payroll and benefit processing
  • Manage office and stationary stock
  • Assist with the control and recording of holiday requests

The ideal HR Assistant

  • Previous experience working within a faced paced administrative environment
  • Previous experience in an receptionist role
  • Motivated to gain HR experience
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Educated to A-Level
