Exciting HR BP opportunity within a multi-site well established retail company. Participating in an experienced Support Centre, the HR Business Partner will roll out the creative HR strategies and guide business growth within a Support Centre in Watford, Hertfordshire.
As the HR Business Partner you will be taking responsibility for delivering the new HR strategy across the Support Centre functions, ensuring completion and communications are delivered within the agreed timescales. As Business Partner, you'll partner the Heads of Departments, to make the most of every colleague touch point - from recruitment to induction to engagement, and from performance review to succession planning and more besides.
With significant HR Business Partnering experience gained at similar level in a dynamic, multi-site retail or service organisation, you'll have delivered outstanding colleague engagement initiatives and have a solid and pragmatic understanding of employee relations. Just as importantly, you'll be a trusted collaborator and confident communicator who leads by example to influence positive change. Looking for a HR professional who is CIPD Level 7 qualified with at least 5 years HR management experience ideally from retail, service organisation. You will also be confident managing and assisting in the delivery of multiple key projects across the HR function.
