Ashley Kate are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner across the North West region. Reporting into the HR Director of this logistics related business, you will be responsible for approx 8 depots and a headcount of circa 800 staff.
This is a key time for the business who are looking for a HR Business Partner who is up for a challenge and the opportunity to make their mark as part of a relatively new and fresh HR team within this fast paced business.
You will be standalone within your region and you must therefore be fully competent with all Employee Relations matters and Trade Unions negotiations in order to succeed in this role.
You will be used to juggling a busy and demanding workload and have the ability to form solid working partnerships with key stakeholders in order to deliver the required and forthcoming exciting changes ahead for this business.
You will be well versed in dealing with culture change initiatives and be a fully prepared to roll your sleeves up and have the difficult conversations in order establish a credible and well respected HR service to your region.
You will be a robust and driven individual who is happy with an element of travel in order to be visible and successful in your role. You will have also proven yourself within a Unionised / logistics business previously or have similar sector exposure.
This role would also be suited to someone who is open to Temporary / Interim contracts as well.
