Providing administrative support to the senior management team and to facilitate the smooth running of company head office. Ensuring the office building and equipment are well maintained and relevant records are up to date.

Description

PA support to the management team.

Meeting booking and facilitation.

Travel and accommodation bookings.

Process expenses.

Reception duties including directing calls, meeting visitors and arranging any necessary requirements and proving general support.

Manage the office, meeting rooms and arrange for necessary repairs and services.

Managing office supplies and all relevant suppliers.

Organise in house and off-site activities such as celebrations and meetings.

Implementing the smooth running of the office.

Manage Health and Safety of the building and carry out inductions for new employees.

Provide support to the Sales Administration team with Return Merchandise Authorisations (RAM's) organising stock and booking shipping.

Other ad-hoc tasks to support the needs of the business.

This role will be required to travel to dartford regularly.

Profile

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong teamworking skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.

Ability to work autonomously.

Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Outlook and Excel.

Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Experience in managing diaries for multiple stakeholders (up to 7)

First-class presentation and problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt to a sensitive scenario where clients are concerned

Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills - demonstrated both with clients and colleagues, presenting themselves as responsible

Superb interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead

Job Offer

up to £26,000K

International travel potential (once a year and expenses paid)

37.5 hours per week

discretionary bonus depending on performance
