Regional Recruitment Advisor
Your new role
Your new role will be to provide a first class recruitment service for your own dedicated Northern patch. You will provide leadership and support to your resourcing team, driving direct recruitment and ensuring that you have the right people in the right place. You will completely manage the recruitment and selection process for your regional population, managing high volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring you have strong candidate pipelines, creating an excellent candidate experience, reducing time to hire times, assisting hiring managers conduct interviews and running assessment centres. You will also build and maintain business partner relations with hiring managers and key stakeholders and help to drive new recruitment initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have strong people management experience and have demonstrable recruitment experience at a senior level. A recruitment agency background is a preference and blue collar recruitment experience would also be desirable.
What you'll get in return
£35000, plus company car, 10% bonus, private healthcare, 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays and more.
