Part Time Senior HR Business Partner, Financial Services

Our client is a leading financial services firm based in the heart of London. A need has arisen to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support an assigned client group on a part time basis (3/4 days)
 
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for cultivating meaningful business relationships with functional leaders and partner with the business across a diverse range of generalist HR activity. The HR Business Partner should be comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level within the business.

Key responsibilities will include supporting the assigned client group across all key talent decisions which are aligned to the firm wide talent agenda. This will include facilitating and executing talent and succession planning discussions and monitoring performance management metrics. You will also be responsible for leading on identified ER issues in assigned groups and partner with the Head of HR and legal counsel in relation to escalation and risk mitigation. Critical to the success of the role will be building employee engagement through the development of various change activities capturing the development of leadership, reward, performance management and talent practices.
