Employee Relations EMEA (VP)- Asset Management
A global asset management firm is looking for an Employee Relations Manager EMEA (VP) to join the ER team.
Reporting in to the Head of ER for EMEA, as an Employee Relations Manager (VP level role), you will operate in a specialist ER Manager role, partnering with specific front office and infrastructure client groups on all ER related matters. More specifically, this will include: ER Advisory & Coaching, Grievances, Disciplinaries, Performance Management, Investigations, Case Management, Policy related projects etc. You will be comfortable operating as a true partner to the business on all things ER. You will be able to navigate a complex global organisation and be familiar with ER policies across EMEA.
You will already be operating as an Employee Relations Manager / VP or Senior ER Manager in another global financial services organisation. You will also be comfortable operating in a commercial, complex and fast paced matric environment as part of a collaborative team. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD preferred.
