Compensation & Benefits Manager EMEA

An Investment Management organisation based in London is currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join the team in a newly created position.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, The Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for the EMEA region and will work closely with colleagues based in the US to align reward policies & processes. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with the year-end compensation process

  • Ensure compensation structures & levels remain competitive

  • RemCo preparation

  • Be a key point of contact for HR and the business with regards to compensation & benefits

  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors

  • Day to day management of benefits

  • Ad hoc projects

Key requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of compensation/benefits or both

  • Previous experience working in a regulated environment

  • Strong communication skills

  • Exceptional analytical ability

  • Confident taking a lead on projects and operating in both a strategic and hands on capacity
