An Investment Management organisation based in London is currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join the team in a newly created position.
Reporting into the Head of Reward, The Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for the EMEA region and will work closely with colleagues based in the US to align reward policies & processes. Other responsibilities will include:
Supporting with the year-end compensation process
Ensure compensation structures & levels remain competitive
Be a key point of contact for HR and the business with regards to compensation & benefits
Manage relationships with benefits vendors
Day to day management of benefits
Ad hoc projects
Sound knowledge of compensation/benefits or both
Previous experience working in a regulated environment
Strong communication skills
Exceptional analytical ability
Confident taking a lead on projects and operating in both a strategic and hands on capacity
