Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a well known multi-site leisure business who are looking for a HR Business Partner (Operations) to join their team to cover maternity. The role will be hired on a 12m FTC or day rate basis and will ideally start at the beginning of October. The role reports to the HR Director and has line management responsibilities for an ER Advisor. You will be based in West London within the head office however some travel may be required.
The main purpose of this role is to increase the opportunities for commercial success by working in partnership with the Operational Director, Head of Operations and Area Managers to create a high performing culture with the right people in the right place.
Manage and support organisation design
Use talent management tools to address business needs including driving succession plans
Drive high performance including training standards, performance management and building manage capability
Propose innovating reward and recognition programmes including implementation of company incentive plans
Manage the annual salary review process in addition to bonus process with payroll
Act as a business partner and single point of contact for Operations Director and Area Managers
Manage all HR communications to sites via appropriate communication channels
Provide coaching, guidance and support to management across a range of ER issues including managers any complex cases
Ensure all HR policies, processes and procedures are implemented to the required standards
To be successful for this position you should have
A commercial understanding of how a multi sire business operates
Experience within retail, hospitality, leisure of similar industries
Generalist HR knowledge and experience in all key HR disciplines
Proven ability to consistently deliver within a face moving and highly pressurised environment
