Tech Recruiter - Professional Services

A global Professional Services firm, based in The City, are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their team. Based in The City, this role will work closely with the Head of Recruitment for Europe along with the hiring managers to develop creative strategies to find the best technical talent for the business. As the Technical recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Talent attraction such as managing external job postings and recruiting platforms

  • Agency engagement such as building highly effective working relationships with external partners to support hiring

  • Proactive sourcing such as tactical research, referrals and sourcing campaigns to find and engage candidates

  • Candidate management such as screening candidate applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews and feedback and managing candidate communication

  • Candidate experience such as educating candidates on the firm and available opportunities and facilitating a positive experience

  • Data management such as maintaining applicant tracking data and reporting on hiring results and recruitment metrics

  • Organising and participating in onsite and offsite recruitment events

  • Ad hoc projects such as partnering to continuously develop process improvements

As the Technical Recruiter, you will possess:

  • Strong academics to degree level

  • 1-3 years in corporate recruitment, headhunting or executive search

  • Keen interest in identifying, engaging and converting talent

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
