The ideal candidate would be a Junior HRBP or a Senior Advisor looking to grow into a Business Partner role with the following attributes:

  • Good ER knowledge
  • Problem solver
  • Keen eye for process improvement
  • Experience and understanding of the retail sector highly desirable
