Senior HR Advisor (start-up)
Our client - an entrepreneurial, fast paced trading firm are looking for their first HR hire. This is a unique opportunity to support growth, have impact and work with very interesting, intellectual people.
The role will report to the ex-co, and as a small firm they work very closely on strategy and wish to hire an HR person with curiosity, drive, a solution driven but creative way of working.
The culture is hard-working, dynamic and sociable. They run a tight workforce and are highly goal and target driven, thus the person that joins as HR Manager will ideally have worked in similar financial services firms, or entrepreneurial environments.
Candidates suitable for this opportunity don't need to have HR management experience, but must be highly motivated, have solid employment law understanding and be confident in their ability to make decisions and work closely with CEO, COO etc.
This entirely generalist role will be all-encompassing and develop as the business grows. You'll support recruitment, talent development, ER etc. and take on projects, with the support of an HR Assistant.
