A well known charity is looking for a Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their wider Human Resources team in East London
The Global Compensation and Benefits Manager is a hands-role that provides an opportunity to advise and manage benefit and compensation programs and processes across the organisation working with the Global Head of People and Culture and other key stakeholders.
You will have an oversite of compensation and benefit practices offerings and analytics to help ensure retention, engagement and a positive working experience . You will work closely with Country offices to ensure global alignment with compensation philosophies, all aspects of pay and incentive plans, including health and welfare benefits.
The aim is to have fair and equitable compensation and benefits offerings across our organisation; mindful of being competitive within the local market place, compliant with local labour legislation and considerate of our internal affordability.
Experience for the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager in East London:
You will hold a Bachelor's degree and have extensive experience in Human Resources, specialising in compensation and benefits.
It is essential that you are experienced in managing the compensation and benefits function within a global organisation as well as experienced in working with a global compensation and benefits provider. In addition you will be experienced in designing and implementing global pay policies and job evaluation frameworks. You will be an excellent people manager with proven experience and capability to analyse, report and maintain pay and benefit practices.
