We are looking for an experienced HR advisor to join a leading technology business in South Birmingham. Reporting directly into the HR Shared Services Manager you will be the first point of contact for all HR quires and be responsible for advising on all polices and procedures. This is a generalist role working within a leading technology buisness.
- Assisting with operational HR Activities around the employee lifecycle
- Manager administer and review processes and systems

- Effectively manage ER cases
- Create and review management information to make effective people decisions
- CIPD Qualified
- Experience managing an ER case load
- Min 2 years' experience within a HR advisor role
- Experience working with a corporate setting
