The People team provides broad HR solutions that enable Unicef UK to be a high performing organisation with an engaged workforce. As Talent Development Adviser, you will design and implement talent and learning development solutions that help Unicef UK sustain a high performing culture and deliver change for children around the world.
This is a new role in which you will provide expert talent development advice, guidance and support to help unlock all talent, including identifying and investing in high performers. You will work closely with individuals and teams to help diagnose, design and implement the right learning solutions, including curating and creating eLearning content to meet the diverse needs of our organisation.
To succeed, you will have substantial experience of designing and implementing learning and talent development activities that align with organisational strategy, using 70:20:10 model. You will have experience of managing and developing eLearning and you will be skilled at diagnosing learning needs and determining the right solutions address them.
