A leading global professional service firm based in London is looking for a number of HR Ops Excellence Analysts to join the EMEA wide HR Ops Excellence team. Reporting directly into the Head of HR Ops Excellence for EMEA, you will be part of small collaborative HR project team with focus on setting up and delivering a fit for purpose HR Shared Service Centre.
More specifically, they have 3 HR Ops Excellence Analyst Positions:
- Knowledge management & training - This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of the HR Portal & Knowledge Base designed to support HR and business end users to find solutions to their HR Queries through self-service.
- Governance - This role will initially be responsible for developing the overall Governance and Service Delivery Framework for the HR SSC. In addition, the role holder will provide support with the set-up of the HR Portal and Case Management tool
- Case management - This role will be responsible for the operational support and maintenance of the HR Case Management tool, working with key D&T and HRIS functions to continuously optimise the user experience.
You will be an accomplished HR Ops Excellence Analyst or HR change/process management consultant looking to move in house. This person will be comfortable setting up processes and supporting projects/reporting and analytics as part of HR change portfolio. Degree (2:1+) or equivalent preferred.
